Why can't I see the prices for each item?
We operate as a wholesale business and only those with customer account will have access to the wholesale prices. If you are interested in becoming a stockist, please register an account and we can verify the account for you.
Where are your items shipped from?
All items on our online wholesale store are ready stock and shipped from our Melbourne HQ. Only items under the "Pre-Order" page are items that are arriving soon to our HQ, estimated dispatch date would be stated for those items.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, Click & Collect is available for all online orders. Please select self collection at checkout page and wait for pickup confimation email after placing your order. Location for Click & Collect is at our Collingwood Showroom - 136-138 Langridge Street, Collingwood, VIC 3066, Australia.
What happens if I don’t receive my account activation email?

What happens if I don’t remember my password?
If you have forgotten your password, go to 'Sign In', and click the “forgot your password” link. Enter your email address and a new password will be prompted.
What happens after I place an order?
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been successfully placed. You will receive email updates throughout the process of fulfilment and shipping of your order.
When will my order be shipped?
We pack and dispatch orders between Monday and Friday. We aim to fulfil same day dispatches for orders placed before 12:00pm, however, there may be slight delays during peak periods.
Do you ship internationally?
