Avoid any contact with water, cosmetics, perfume, lotion, deodorant and oil. This will maintain life of your jewellery and to prevent tarnishing.

Store your plated jewellery away from direct sunlight, dampness and humid environments. We recommend storing your jewellery piece in your Lustre & Sage pouch to avoid moisture and metal on metal rubbing.

All orders placed online will be dispatched within 1-3 days. Normal post is estimated to be delivered within 3-5 days to all major metro areas and capital cities in Australia.

For customers who paid for express delivery, we use Australia Post Express which is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside the network may take 2-5 days.

If you have not received your items within a week of making your order, please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.

In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
