Shipping & Delivery

All orders placed online will be dispatched within 1-3 days. Normal post is estimated to be delivered within 3-5 days to all major metro areas and capital cities in Australia.

For customers who paid for express delivery, we use Australia Post Express which is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside the network may take 2-5 days.

If you have not received your items within a week of making your order, please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.

In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

Returns & Exchange

All items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an Exchange or Store Credit. We don’t offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases. We offer free return shipping for exchanged items. You will just need to cover the postage to send it back to us.

The items must be received in original condition - still sealed in packaging (if any) unworn, Unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Our staff reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition. Faulty Items

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the pieces you purchase from us. Once our staff confirms that the product is faulty they can assist you with an exchange.

You can email info@angelswhisper.net.au if you believe you received a faulty item. Please include images of the faulty item in your email so we can access, approve and send out a replacement. There is strictly no exchange or return on any sale items.

Tracking your order

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australian Post.
